Living in a townhome complex, we actually own the very small piece of land in front and in back of our unit. But making any changes to it requires approval from our homeowners association.

Thaddeus likes finding interesting garden statuary to display outside on our property. Other homeowners in the neighborhood have been told they need to remove pieces like our little bronze frog. So he tucks little statues, like our frog friend above, behind shrubs on in little hidden corners. We see these little delights often.  But our homeowners association doesn’t. No board approval required!
