A New iWorld iPad Pro and Apple Pencil

A New iWorld

After a brief and somewhat expensive trip to the Apple store yesterday, I am in a new iWorld. Bringing you today’s blog post.Bringing you today’s blog post.

Yes, I Woke Up In A New iWorld

After blogging about being subject to various forms of advertising, I have to add one exception Apple products do NOT conform. They use some form of magic. A strong magic.

So. I’m writing this blog entry today and new iPad Pro and a Apple Pencil. Photos too. Most of this entry is written longhand and reinterpreted to text by an Apple feature called Scribble. Suffice it to say, I have a lot to learn, but I’m looking forward to it.

i’m thinking that perhaps the camera and the new iPad Pro is a bit less charitable to me than my iPhone.

Yes, I woke up like this. And I did use portrait mode. Other than that, no other editing.

I did use portrait mode. Other than that, no other editing. Despite all that, I am very pleased with my new device.

Going forward, I will be mostly using my regular computer and iPhone to post blog entries. But I did want to make sure that I could easily use this device for times when I was traveling.

  1. Umm. Welllll. I have never seen your blog repeat whole chunks of paragraphs before, so unless that was a joke, something is odd. Very excited to hear more about Scribble though because I hate typing. Or poking or whatever it is now. You could always save your photos from your phone to iCloud and then access them from the iPad if you like composing on the iPad better.

  2. Other than repeating phrases, which you might have done practicing your handwriting, your new iPad works. I have an iPad Pro and got the keyboard case to go with it. I like the keyboard and “mouse” pad, but I can’t make the pencil work when the keyboard us attacged, Admittedly, I didn’t try very hard to make the pencil work.

  3. Yay! I love the iPad Pro and the Pencil is well worth learning to use. Consider a camera mod for your phone and take a look at the GoodNotes app. Changed my digital life.
