Fully Applified

Fully Applified!

Computer? Check! iPhone? Check? iPad? Check! Apple Watch? CHECK! Yes, I am fully Applified. And that doesn’t even include AirPods!

Happy To Be Fully Applified

For a while now, I’ve been using an Apple computer and an Apple iPhone.

More Recently, I finally got an iPad.  When friends showed me all that I could do with an iPad and Apple Pencil, I was sold. And I use it ALL the time and love it.

Since the iPad came with a free pair of AirPods, and I already had a pair of the AirPods Pro, I now use both.

Despite having a device in my pocket that can tell me the time, I still missed wearing a watch.  I also used to use my iPhone to track my bicycle exercise.

With all the most recent additions in functionality to the Apple Watch, I finally decided it was time.

Please don’t get me wrong. I’m not an Apple fanatic. One of those guys who feels personally insulted if you say anything disparaging about Apple.

In fact, I think the fact that the only two devices that share the same kind of charging cord are the iPhone and AirPods is fucking ridiculous.

And I also don’t own Apple TV.

However, I do like having all my devices using a somewhat common interface. I also like having them all speak to each other with relative ease.

And so far, I am LOVING the new Apple Watch. Now I just need to learn all that it can do!

Current Knitting

Knitting has been really sparse lately.

I didn’t even finish the pair I had started in the Wednesday blog.

And I’ve also decided to try out an idea from blog reader Amy:

“…have you ever considered making small size ‘gaitors’ for toddlers and young children?”

Yes, this is just a short section of i-cord. So far. But it’s the seed of an idea for creating smaller neck cowls or gaitors. Thanks Amy for the idea. Let’s see if I can make it work.

  1. Some of the best creations begin with seed ideas. I’m curious to see what your outcome is.
I’m glad you appreciated my idea, too.

  2. I have such a love/hate relationship with Apple. My first computer for freshman year of college in 1988 was a little plastic box Mac. I have been hooked for better it worse through sickness and health to my apple products . I got 3 months Apple TV access with my new iPad (instead of AirPods I guess).
