Stretched Buttonhole Fix

Stretched handknit buttonhole (horizontal)
Using a regular sewing needle and a yarn that is close in color to the yarn in the sweater.
Anchor the thread through the knitted fabric and bring you thread up under the lower edge of the buttonhole.
Whip stitch from the top edge of the buttonhole to the bottom edge until the butthole is tight enough to hold the button in place.
Cinch up the whip stitches, secure it with a knot and weave the end of thread into the knitted fabric
