Taking care of myself has never felt better. I’m so glad I have the resources and the privilege of making sure I maintain my health and the self-confidence to post an image in the periodontists chair.

Almost Finished Taking Care of My Mouth

I finished the second procedure this past Monday. I used to dread this kind of event, but now I’m grateful to get it all taken care of.

Don’t get me wrong, oral health (or health in general) isn’t something I expect to fix once and never look at it again. But this latest procedure will finish off the list of items that needed to be addressed. Now it’s just a matter of good maintenance going forward.

I do have to say, their choice in safety-glasses style didn’t exactly flatter me. Fortunately, their periodontal skill is all that matters.

Current Knitting

The latest scarf for Easton Mountain staff and volunteers is off the needles and ready to be blocked.

It’s about 8 inches (20 cm) wide and 55 inches (140 cm) long. The combination of Merino yarn and garter stitch makes a very puffy scarf. I’m quite pleased with how it came out.
